A service ecosystem to digitize, preserve, and share the historical memory of the local community of Lecco. The project combines archiving infrastructure, UX design, and civic participation to make heritage accessible to everyone.

A participatory research-action project mapping the needs, desires, and struggles of students living in Borgo Roma, Verona. The goal is to design interventions that make the neighbourhood more welcoming and liveable for the people who live there.

Communication and fundraising strategy for a civic crowdfunding campaign supporting education, Italian language courses, and workshops in the Merezzate neighbourhood of Milan. The campaign leveraged a municipal matching fund to double every donation.

Rebranding and full communication redesign for a local music festival in Verona, building a coherent visual identity and communication strategy to strengthen the event's presence and community connection.

A service system designed to help students navigate the Milanese housing market. Built on peer-to-peer support and collaborative community structures, HOMIES connects students with housing knowledge, experienced peers, and institutional resources, addressing a crisis that affects over 88,000 students in Milan.

End-to-end design for a digital memorial service that preserves personal memories through a ceramic QR tag linked to an online profile. The project covered brand identity, UX research, information architecture, a full Figma design system, and close collaboration with a developer through to product launch.

A product-service system built around the Italian vasocottura technique, designed to help people prepare a full week of nutritious lunches in one cooking session. Developed over six months at TU Delft, the project moved from user research and problem framing to a live pilot workshop where participants cooked and tested the service firsthand.

A three-level service system helping Pacts of Collaboration manage public spaces more effectively. Designed through field research and co-design with associations, citizens, and the municipality, Collaborami provides tools and platforms at infrastructure to sustain long-term civic collaboration.

A service concept using music as a tool for self-expression and community building among young people in the Adriano neighbourhood of Milan. The project explored how sound and collective music-making could create belonging in an area with few resources and limited social infrastructure.

UX/UI design and front-end implementation for a health tech startup's digital platform. The project covered a full design system, complete interface redesign, UI implementation across the entire application, and the design of the company website.

A data-driven app concept that simplifies group outings by involving everyone in the decision through mood-based venue matching. The project included a data journey map tracing how user data flows through the service, and a business model built around both passive and active venue presence.

Visual identity and communication campaign for the annual recruitment drive of JEMP, the Junior Enterprise of Politecnico di Milano. Built around the concept "Explode Your Future", the campaign used 3D illustration and inflated icon across all touchpoints to attract new students to the association.

A zero-energy medicine storage system built from terracotta, designed for people in extreme situations without access to electricity, like refugee camps, disaster zones, and conflict areas. The project combined product design, service design, and NGO distribution strategy to create a scalable, low-cost solution rooted in the passive cooling properties of traditional materials.

A smart home hub redesigned as a cat-shaped object to make IoT device management more intuitive and less intrusive. Using natural mapping and colour-coded feedback instead of screens, Mimì manages a full ecosystem of connected cat care devices while blending into the home as a furniture object.

A sustainable manual kitchen appliance inspired by the Ab Roll exercise device, designed to turn food preparation into physical activity. The project included a custom-designed internal mechanism, a modular capsule system for different cooking functions, and a focus on repairability.

A home kit designed to transform citrus peel waste into natural dishwasher pods through cold press extraction. The project addressed food waste at the household level, combining a scraper, press, and storage container into a single coherent product system.

A collection of three indoor gardening tools: watering can, nebulizer, and doser. Designed in stainless steel for the Alessi brand. Each object takes its personality from a character in The Three Musketeers, combining functional precision with a distinctive aesthetic language.
